Follow this copycat recipe to make your own version of these loaded appetizers. 4 Rustic potatoes are cut in half and baked.The middle of the potato is scooped out, brushed with butter ans seasonings, and the potatoes are returned to the oven. While the skins cook, the toppings are prepared. Once the skins are crisp, they are topped with 3/4 cup of shredded cheddar, 5 strips of cooked bacon, and 1 diced green onion. The potato skins are returned to the oven for 1 minute to allow the cheese to melt. After the quick trip to the oven, the potato skins are topped with sour cream. Enjoy!
