While the skins cook, the toppings are prepared. Once the skins are crisp, they are topped with 3/4 cup of shredded cheddar, 5 strips of cooked bacon, and 1 diced green onion. The potato skins are returned to the oven for 1 minute to allow the cheese to melt. After the quick trip to the oven, the potato skins are topped with sour cream. Enjoy!
