On Travel Channel’s Man vs. Food, Adam took on the Absolutely Ridiculous Burger at Mallie’s Sports Grill & Bar in Detroit. The burger took two days to prepare, with 210 lbs of ground beef cooking in a specially designed bun for 16 hours. The burger was garnished with 10 lbs of assorted cheese, 15 lbs of tomatoes, onions, and pickles, 3 heads of lettuce, and 4 lbs of bacon. The mega burger was then topped with a 20 lb bun. Mallie’s holds the Guinness record for the biggest burger in the world, and even features the giant hamburger on its menu. Watch the mega burger being built in the video below.
