Love the golden sweetness of McDonald’s french fries? Nicko of Nicko’s Kitchen hosts a Fast Food Fridays episode, featuring the recipe for McDonald’s french fries. To make McDonald’s french fries, soak sliced potatoes in cold water then transfer them to a pan of boiling water mixed with sugar and corn syrup. Leave the potatoes soaking in the pan for 10 minutes. Transfer the potatoes to a paper towel lined plate and place it in the freezer for 20 minutes. Deep fry the french fries for 2 minutes then place them on a paper towel lined plate to remove excess oil. Allow the fries to cool for 10 minutes. Return the fries to the oil for 5-7 minutes. Remove the french fries from the oil and season them with salt while they are still hot. Enjoy!

Gummy candy using zucchini – wait, what?! Yes, you read it right. This recipe somehow takes pieces of zucchini and transforms them into crazy awesome bits of deliciousness. The zucchini is cut into bite-sized pieces and simmered in a pot of Kool-Aid. The zucchini is then placed in a dehydrator for 14 hours and allowed to dry. Toss the candy in sugar or lemonade mix and POW! you’ve got veggies you actually want to eat!
